Payment terms
Payment is due only after your documentation package and instructions have been received and reviewed together. As stated, TTST prepares the clerical documents required to terminate your Timeshare Program Interest and provides the clear, step by step written instruction so your part is completed properly.

Step One
Preparing for your first meeting. To make our time productive, please have your complete purchase and program documentation folder organized and reviewed beforehand, a journal or fresh legal pad and pens, and a second person present if possible such as a spouse, trusted family member, or trusted friend. This is not a sales call; it is a free working session where we go through your documents together and I explain the process. You’ll finally feel the relief and see the end in sight during this call.
Step Two
At the end of the call, if you choose to move forward, TTST handles 98.75% of the task. Step two is TTST’s document construction process. TTST reviews your program materials, extracts and organizes the required data, confirms program‑specific requirements, and completes the detailed clerical construction of your termination documents. You then receive your final Timeshare Program Interest Termination documents via e-mail attachment along with printed instructions for the small but important part you must complete.
Additionally, we have a second video call. We’ll confirm your understanding, walk through the remaining steps if needing explanation pertaining to your final responsibilities; which are review, edit, review again, sign, and mail.

To support you, TTST provides written instructions, visual references, and a short support video so you can mail your documentation off correctly. No improvising, no wing it, and no shortcuts, and we’re here should you have questions.
