The cost question for the timeshare termination service is answered below.
Depending on your program type, the current fee is:
For a Tier 1 type program— $375.00 (typically Trust/Points based)
For a Tier 3 type program — $495.00 (Typically Deeded)
(Tier 3 requires additional documentation review and processing time.)
Payment is due once your program termination documentation package has been delivered to you and examined by you. The documentation is sent via e-mail in the form of a PDF. The PDF bundles contains all the finished clerical forms for you to print out, sign and mail. Proper mailing procedure printed instructions are provided as well.
